Oatfield Estates is Elite Care’s landmark elder care community located atop Oatfield Hill in Milwaukie Oregon. The organically landscaped 6.6 acre campus features stunning panoramic views of the Cascade Range and Willamette Valley. The atmosphere is conducive to creativity, participation, and engaged living. Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Residential Care Community, Oatfield Estates combines an empowering environment, with exceptional care to create a wonderful place to call home.

Each house at Oatfield Estates has 12 private suites and is home to 15 residents. Community members run their household through a weekly house meeting where Residents, staff and family gather to talk about matters of importance to them. Each home is built to residential scale and design, and features an elder friendly kitchen, which is the social hub of every household.

Our award winning gardening program is more than “therapeutic,” it’s a way of life. Residents work with the Organic Garden Coordinator and provide fresh produce to houses and an opportunity for residents, and family to actively participate.
