What do you love about Oatfield?

I’ve been to 3 other places.  They spoil me rotten here…and you know what, I love it!  They have the best chef, the best everything.

Simply this, the first place I was in was horrible, the second place was so, so and the next place was the nicest but they didn’t take care of you. This place is heaven

Freedom.

The fact that they ask you what kind of food you want and prepare it.  I’m on a diet now and yet she makes sure that I really work the diet and I’m never hungry or never craving.  It’s like having your own private, your own personal chef for your diet.  She loves people.  To have her expertise with people pleasing combined is fantastic.  This is just one of many things that keep cropping up. 

Why should others come to live here?

Because it’s not a storehouse, it’s not a place where you just sit up in your room with no input into anything.  Here we get involved in making decisions and have daily input through groups and clubs.

I’m involved in; The Village Voice, Meeting of the Minds and the Garden Club.  I planted those sunflowers that got to be 12 feet tall.  We’re going to enter the state fair next year.

This place is so cool.  The owners have just done something else with this.  And it’s gold.  So I hope that they have every success in the world and hope that others can have this kind of thing by borrowing from them and developing this in other places around the state or country…which do not exist right now.

I’ll always be happy to meet any person that comes up and wants to know more.
